Royal Croquet Club 15/11/2015 - Je suis, Paris
I caught the tail-end of the Royal Croquet Club event at Southbank, on November 15 2015. This was just two days after the Paris Terrorist Attacks, so several buildings were lit up in Red, White and Blue. Coincidentally, Les Miserables was still in season at QPAC as well. That and the deck chairs all sort of tied together in some sort of strange synchronistic tableau.

The Flute
This flute has been played so much that the Silver Plate has worn off and tarnished in many places. Finishes on instruments (and things like strings as well) interact with the player's own body chemistry, and will have different results for different people. This is an extreme case, but shows the possibilities quite clearly.
